Loading Dock Access

¶ Team Registration
Each team member must register as an Exhibitor Rep to attend the event and access the 1-to-1 Meetings App.
Registration Process:
- Send the Exhibitor Rep Registration link to all team members
- Each person completes their registration
- Team members gain access to Meetings App
- Name badges printed on-site at check-in
Ticket Allocations:
- Single Meeting Area: 5 tickets
- Double Meeting Area: 10 tickets

¶ Pack Down & Move-Out
Move-out Schedule:
Move-out commences at 6pm on Thursday 26 February at the conclusion of the Networking Drinks Reception.
Requirements:
- All exhibitor collateral and items must be removed by 7pm
- Items left behind will be removed at exhibitor's cost or discarded
- Coordinate with venue staff for large item removal
Loading Zone Access: Contact Paul Baker if you need vehicle access for pack down.

¶ Exhibitor Responsibilities
As an exhibitor, you have duties under Work, Health, and Safety Legislation:
- Ensure all personnel are aware of WHS responsibilities
- Complete risk assessments for your booth area
- Coordinate with organisers and contractors on-site
- Ensure contractors are competent and follow safe systems
- Provide information and training to your team
High Visibility Clothing: Required when peak forklift movements are in place
¶ Emergency Procedures
In case of evacuation:
- Follow venue staff directions
- Muster in designated areas
- Wait for all-clear before returning
Emergency Announcement: Listen for public address announcements for evacuation instructions
